目前,电阻应变片测试技术是了解构件实际工作应力最主要、最实用的测试方法。由于电容应变测试技术在我国尚未进行,因此,电阻应变片测试技术几乎成为了解动力设备热态时实际工作应力的唯一手段。随着工作温度的提高,这种测试方法有很多尚待解决的问题,主要是影响测量精度的误差来由。其中系统误差可以通过实验或标定预先确定,而偶然误差具有随机性,它随测试条件、设备和工作人员的熟炼程度而异,这是高温应力测量中需要着重解决的。我们对此进行了研究和试验。
At present, the resistance strain gauge test technology is to understand the actual working stress components of the most important and most practical test method. As the capacitance strain testing technology has not been carried out in our country, the testing technology of the resistance strain gauge becomes the only means to understand the actual working stress when the power equipment is hot. With the increase of working temperature, there are many problems that need to be solved in this kind of testing method, mainly because of the error that affects the measuring accuracy. The systematic errors can be predetermined experimentally or calibrated, while the random errors are random. Depending on the test conditions, the degree of equipment and staff proficiency, it is necessary to solve the problem in high-temperature stress measurement. We have conducted research and experiments on this.
