极薄壁焊件结构在焊接与检漏上都有新的特点。我们在软管生产中发现“存放泄漏”现象。经研究它的根源是“贯穿性气渣孔”。这是危害甚大的多发性弊病。用典型电镜照片分析其特征,探讨了泄漏机理,研究了改进措施,除减少夹渣的富集外,主要是对焊接区实行了近似于隔绝空气下的焊道金属提纯。经几年生产考验,存放泄漏问题基本解决。待别是用在双层真空绝热软管研制中,对真空度的稳定效果显著,为波纹管焊接,积累了经验。
Very thin-walled weldment structure has new features in welding and leak detection. We found “storage leak” in the hose production. The root cause of its research is “through the gas slag hole.” This is a very harmful and serious ills. The typical electromicroscopy photographs were used to analyze its characteristics. The leakage mechanism was discussed. The improvement measures were studied. In addition to reducing the enrichment of slag, the weld metal purification was mainly carried out in the welding zone under the condition of isolated air. After several years of production test, storage leak basically solved. To be used in the development of double-layer vacuum insulation hose, the stability of the vacuum effect is significant, for the corrugated pipe welding, accumulated experience.
