通过对塔什库尔干县 6个乡的小麦田间进行调查及采集样品的室内检验鉴定证明 ,为害该县小麦的腥黑穗病菌是小麦网腥黑穗病菌和光腥黑穗病菌。萌发实验表明 ,该县的小麦网腥冬孢子在 5℃和 18℃条件下均可萌发 ,在 0℃下停止生长 ,网腥的冬孢子大小平均为 17.7~ 19.8μm,网脊平均高度 1.33μm,网目平均大小 3.71μm;光腥的冬孢子大小平均为 16.7~ 18.6μm。目前在该地区尚未发现小麦印度腥黑穗病和小麦矮腥黑穗病 ,但还须加强当地口岸检疫和田间普查工作 ,严防二病自邻国疫区传入。
Through the investigation of the wheat fields in six townships in Taxkorgan County and the indoor inspection and identification of the collected samples, it is proved that the disease-causing ear head smut of the wheat in this county is Triticum nematophila and Triticum aurantiacus. The germination experiment showed that the spore of wheat net algae could germinate at 5 ℃ and 18 ℃ and ceased to grow at 0 ℃. The average size of net cytoplasm was 17.7-19.8μm and the average height of net ridge was 1.33μm , The average size of meshes is 3.71μm; the average size of winter ginkgo spores is 16.7 ~ 18.6μm. At present, no wheat Indian tarky smut and wheat short tangled smut have been found in the area, but quarantine and field census at the local ports should be strengthened so as to prevent the introduction of the disease from neighboring countries.
