对以断层为油气圈闭边界的地区,需要进行断层的封堵性分析。它是勘探阶段油气的保存、可能性的运移路线、合油气区的扩储评估的一个重要分析手段。在开发阶段它对储层的优化管理、二次开发利用可起到指导作用。断层封堵分析主要包括三个方面:一是区域上的地质物探资料分析,尽可能寻找掌握对断层封堵分析有关的信息,诸如岩性、压力、地化、构造发展史、沉积环境等方面的资料,从而基本确定本地区封堵和不封堵断层样本,了解所研究断层的基本情况;二是沿断层面制作断层面剖面,分析断层两侧储层岩性并置情况,判断因储层岩性并置可能出现的油气横向泄漏问题;三是对断层带进行断层泥率的计算,用一些约束条件确定其门槛值,从而分析沿断层出现的可能的油气泄漏段。

Secondly, the fault plane profiles are made along the fault planes, and the juxtaposition of lithology of reservoirs on both sides of the fault is analyzed, Layer lithology may occur sideways oil and gas lateral leakage problems; the third is the calculation of fault zone mud slice rate, with some constraints to determine the threshold value, so as to analyze the possible oil and gas leak along the fault segment.
