金属断口的定量反推分析法又称为金属断口的定量分析,它是断口定性诊断基础上的深入和发展,愈来愈多地引起人们广泛的注意。金属断口的定量反推分析法主要内容有断口表面的成份定量分析、结构分析和形态分析,其中金属断口表面的形态定量分析是最基本的。金属断口的形态定量分析是以断口表面上的“点”、“线”和“面”的位置、间隔及大小的统计定量数值来反推得知金属材料的性能和发生疲劳断裂的外界条件的。本文着重以金属的疲劳断口为对象,对疲劳源点,疲劳弧线和疲劳沟线,疲劳扩展区和瞬时(快速)破断区进行统计定量分析,得到一些有启发性的结果,为金属断口的定量反推分析提供一种思路和方法。
The quantitative analysis of metal fracture is also called the quantitative analysis of metal fracture.
