山楂叶螨是为害北方果树叶子的主要害螨,减产20~60%。目前广泛应用20%三氯杀螨醇,为了扩充药源,明确克螨特防治果树山楂叶螨的效果,交替使用农药,以延缓抗药性产生,1984~1985年做了克螨特防治试验,现总结如下。一、室内试验 1.杀卵试验:在水培的苹果枝条的叶上接成螨,待其产卵后去掉,留下卵期为一天的卵,用定时(3秒钟)浸药液法浸带卵的枝叶,药后6天查其卵孵化率,在平均气温为28.53℃,平均相对湿度为73.81%条件下,73%克螨特1000~3000倍处理的卵孵化率为零,校正死亡率为100%,比常用农药20%三氯杀螨醇
