液力传动节省铜、成本低、可靠性高、适应性强.液力传动调车机车带有工况机构,低速时效率高、起动牵引力大.我国已研制成功了一种称为液力换向的内燃调车,可以自动地减速、停车和换向,操纵方便,能使调车作业能力提高20~30%. 本文叙述液力传动内燃调车的主要优点,对我国内燃调车的发展提出了建议.调车机车的负荷率极低,采用双机组可节约燃料20~35%.本文认为大功率调机最可取的方案是用两台12V180柴油机设计制造一种双机组的6轴机车.本文最后还对我国最近打算设计制造2000马力电力传动调车提出了不同的看法.
