农田土壤取样是进行测土施肥的第一步,也是关键的一步。新疆兵团农场土地面积大,取样数量多,工作量大。应用中心极限理论和最适分配法对142团农田土壤养分变异和取样数量进行了分析,结果表明:大量元素中以磷和氮、微量元素中以锌和硼变异系数最大;142团农田土壤合理取样的总数为480个,比现有取样数量591个减少111个。对各连队分别取样比以全团作为均质的整体取样数量要少,并且能达到同样的效果;在实际取样过程中,可以根据取样目的、分析项目的不同,确定采样方法、范围和数量。
