测定淡紫拟青霉E7菌株对香蕉根结线虫致病性和生防效果,各处理间差异显著。结果表明,利用不同浓度E7孢子悬浮液侵染香蕉根结线虫卵,处理18d后含孢子109个/mL的E7孢子悬浮液对卵的相对寄生率为96.5%;利用不同稀释倍数的E7发酵滤液处理2龄幼虫,稀释1.5倍液处理6d后相对死亡率为98.2%。在温室盆栽试验中,用剂量为20、10和5g/株固体菌剂处理,90d后香蕉根围土壤中香蕉根结线虫2龄幼虫的群体密度比对照分别降低84.5%、71.1%和66.7%,香蕉根重分别增加27.7%、20.6%和8.4%,株高分别增加17.2%、49.6%和16.9,地上部鲜重分别增加31.9%、23.9%和21.1%。3g/株阿维地线净处理的虫口减退率为70.7%,与10g/株和5g/株固体菌剂处理效果接近。高剂量的E7菌剂防病和促生效果均高于剂量为3g/株阿维地线净处理。
