笔者在本县横泾乡工作期间,先后遇到药物性猝死四例,教训很深,现报告如下: 例1 戴×,女,49岁、农民,患阻塞性肺气肿已数年,因咳喘加重,于84年9月10日步行来院诊治,因患者气喘多次发作均以静注氨茶碱奏效,故注予2.5％氨茶碱10ml加50％葡萄糖40ml,在注到2/3量时,患者自诉头昏、心里难过,全身发麻,旋即抽搐、昏迷、紫绀,未及抢救于3分钟后死亡。例2 刘×,男,58岁,农民,经过与例4类同。例3 邱×,男,68岁、退休工人,因皮肤搔痒于84年5月6日来诊,医生给予10％
