我们所说的微电压放大电路,就是“高输入阻抗”电路,其输入阻抗由非倒相输入型放大器所构成的反馈电路来获得,约数10MΩ~数GΩ。通常的“高输入阻抗”电路,多数以FET输入型运算放大器所构成,其阻抗由输入偏置电流的大小所决定。一、微电流放大电路的型式微电流放大电路有两种型式,即如图1所示之电压放大型电流/电压变换电路和如图2所示之电流放大型电流/电压变换电路。下面,分别介绍这两种电路型式。
