工作压力是影响员工工作行为的一项重要因素,各种各样的工作压力在不同程度上影响着企业员工,而已经作为中间力量的80后企业员工更是受到了各种工作压力的影响。据调查,80后企业员工的压力主要表现在前景迷茫,缺少学习晋升机会,人际关系较复杂。通过职业生涯规划管理,定时进行员工岗位胜任测评,定期组织集体活动等措施能有效缓解80后企业员工工作压力。
Work pressure is an important factor that affects employees’ work behavior. Various work pressures affect employees in different degrees. However, post-80s employees who have been the intermediate force are under the influence of various work pressures. According to the survey, the pressure of post-80 employees mainly lies in the prospect of confusion, lack of opportunities for promotion, and complicated interpersonal relationships. Through career planning and management, regular job evaluation of staff positions, regular organization of collective activities and other measures can effectively alleviate the work pressure after 80 employees.
