《中小学班主任工作规定》中指出“班主任是中小学日常思想道德教育和学生管理工作的主要实施者,是中小学生健康成长的引领者,班主任要努力成为中小学生的人生导师。”由此可见,小学班主任工作是小学教育中相当重要的工作。近两年,班主任的生存状况虽有明显改善,但仍然不容乐观。我们对全校78名在职教师进行了“是否愿意当班主任”的问 “Primary and secondary school teacher work rules” that “class teacher is primary moral education and daily management of primary and secondary school students, the main implementer of primary and secondary students is the leader of healthy growth, class teacher should strive to become a primary and secondary school life mentor.” It can be seen from this that primary school teacher work is a very important job in primary education. In the past two years, although the living conditions of class teachers have significantly improved, they are still not optimistic. We asked 78 in-service teachers in the school whether they would like to be on duty or not
