目的检测泡型肝包虫病患者的肝组织中IL-17及IL-27的表达。方法收集青海大学附属医院肝胆胰外科泡型肝包虫病手术治疗后的组织标本20例,利用免疫组织化学方法检测其距离病灶边缘0.5 cm的边缘带组织和距离病灶边缘5 cm处的正常肝组织中IL-17和IL-27的蛋白表达。结果 IL-17和IL-27蛋白表达阳性率在边缘带肝组织中均明显高于正常肝组织,差异有统计学意义〔IL-17:80.0%(16/20)比10.0%(2/20),χ~2=12.36,P<0.01;IL-27:85.0%(17/20)比20.0%(4/20),χ~2=12.36,P<0.01〕。结论边缘带肝组织中高表达的IL-17及IL-27蛋白可能参与了泡型肝包虫病的进展。
Objective To detect the expression of IL-17 and IL-27 in liver tissue of patients with hepatobiliary hydatid disease. Methods Twenty specimens of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery were collected from the hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgical specimens in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. The marginal zone tissues at 0.5 cm from the edge of the lesion and the normal liver at 5 cm from the edge of the lesion were detected by immunohistochemistry. Protein expression of IL-17 and IL-27 in tissues. Results The positive rates of IL-17 and IL-27 protein expression in marginal zone liver tissues were significantly higher than those in normal liver tissues (IL-17: 80.0% (16/20) vs. 10.0% (2/20 ), χ ~ 2 = 12.36, P <0.01; IL-27: 85.0% (17/20) vs 20.0% (4/20), χ ~ 2 = 12.36, P <0.01〕. Conclusions The high expression of IL-17 and IL-27 in the marginal zone may be involved in the progress of the hepatobiliary hydatid disease.
