职称评审对于激发专业技术人员工作积极性与创造力具有重要的作用,加快非公有制企业专业技术人员职称评审工作步伐,促进职称评审社会化,成为目前非公有制企业人力资源工作的重点。本文就非公有制企业专业技术人员职称评审现状进行研究,总结了职称评审存在的困境,并且提出了一些对策措施,希望能为其他非公有制企业专业技术人员职称评审提供参考依据。
The evaluation of professional titles plays an important role in arousing the enthusiasm and creativity of professional and technical personnel, speeding up the evaluation of professional titles of non-public-owned enterprises and promoting the socialization of professional titles. It has become the focus of human resources work in non-public-owned enterprises. This paper studies the status quo of job titles assessment of professional and technical personnel in non-public-owned enterprises, summarizes the existing difficulties in job title review, and puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to provide a reference for professional title evaluation of other non-public-owned enterprises.
