叙事学习是成人学习领域中的一种新理论,主要阐述了通过叙事这个途径,使成人能够从故事中学习,将成人的学习与日常的社会交往融合在一起。随着社会经济发展对成人学习能力要求的不断提高,学习逐渐成为成人生活不可或缺的一部分,提供合适的学习方式也越来越成为许多成人学习研究者的研究重点。叙事性学习是基于成人生活世界的一种学习方式,本文在卡罗琳·克拉克研究的基础下,通过介绍叙事性学习的内涵,分析成人在叙事性学习方面的特征,探究成人叙事学习发生的思维过程,旨在进一步推动我国成人的学习。
Narrative learning is a new theory in the field of adult learning. It mainly elaborates that through the way of narration, adults can learn from stories and integrate adult learning and daily social interaction. With the development of socio-economic development, the requirements for adult learning ability are increasing. Learning has become an indispensable part of adult life. To provide suitable learning methods is also increasingly becoming the focus of many adult learning researchers. Based on the research of Caroline Clarke, this article introduces the connotation of narrative learning, analyzes the characteristics of adult learning in narrative learning, and explores the occurrence of adult narrative learning Thinking process, designed to further promote our adult learning.
