作者等对41例肝外门静脉阻塞患者进行体液免疫与细胞免疫的研究,其中男性22例,女性19例,年龄3～65岁(平均25岁)。41例中16例于3～28年前作过脾切除。最近均无出血、感染及手术电,无肝脏、胰腺肿瘤或血液疾病,也未应用皮质激素或免疫抑制剂。另外,还以年龄配对的医务人员作为对照,进行分析比较。全部患者均经门静脉造影,证实门静脉阻塞与广泛门-腔静脉侧枝循环,12例尚有脾静脉阻塞,肝功能检
The authors studied 41 patients with extrahepatic portal vein obstruction in humoral and cellular immunity studies, including 22 males and 19 females, aged 3 to 65 years (mean 25 years). Of the 41 cases, 16 had splenectomy 3 to 28 years earlier. No recent bleeding, infection and surgery, no liver, pancreatic cancer or blood diseases, nor corticosteroids or immunosuppressive agents.
