由合肥热处理工艺技术研究所承担的“锻造钢球高温形变热处理”课题,1992年3月24日通过由省经委组织的技术鉴定。参加鉴定会约有18个单位26名代表,鉴定委员会由9名专家教授组成。该技术利用钢球锻后余热进行热处理,成功地利用高温形变热处理理论,使钢球成型、淬火、回火三道工序一次完成。与传统的锻后重新加热淬火热处理工艺相比,省去了二次加热设备和能源消耗,吨钢球节电696kWh,节约热处理成本500元,还可缩短生产周期,改善工人劳动条件。采用该工艺生产的钢球,其耐磨性和强韧性远远高于锻后正火处理的钢球,使用寿命提高1倍
Hefei Heat Treatment Institute of Technology undertakes “forged steel ball high temperature deformation heat treatment ” issue, March 24, 1992 by the provincial Economic Commission organized by the technical appraisal.
