(一)目前东风型内燃机车运用可靠性概况1.故障情况我段1979~1982年东风型内燃机车运用机车69台,故障情况列于表1。由表1可看出,机车运用中机破发生10万公里件数较稳定,几年来变化不大;临修情况10万公里件数逐年下降,平均故障间隔公里逐年上升。这说明机车运用可靠性是有所提高的。2.故障分布形式及可靠度1981年及1982年的临修件数按定修后每1000公里分段统计情况列于图1与图2。
(A) Overview of the Reliability of the Dongfeng Diesel Locomotive at Present 1. Fault Conditions In the period from 1979 to 1982, 69 locomotives were used on Dongfeng diesel locomotives. The failure conditions are listed in Table 1. It can be seen from Table 1 that in the locomotive operation, the number of broken pieces of 100,000 kilometers is relatively stable and has not changed much in recent years; the number of 100,000-km temporary repair cases has been declining year by year, and the average fault interval kilometer has been increasing year by year. This shows that the use of locomotive reliability has increased. 2. Fault Distribution Form and Reliability The number of temporary repairs in 1981 and 1982 is shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 after the repair.
