For a semiconductor amplifier (SOA), a simplified system model based on SOA cross-gain modulation (XGM) all-optical wavelength conversion (AOWC) is proposed due to the reduction of effective gain due to continuous light injection. A detailed analysis of the signal light power ), Signal light pulse width (tp), pump current and probe light power (Pcw) on the chirp of converted light
