目的建立饮用水中16种邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalates,PAEs)的气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatograph-massspectrometry,GC-MS)同时测定法。方法取10 ml水样,经1 ml正己烷萃取,用DB-5MS色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,由单四级杆质谱仪选择离子监测(SIM)方式进行测定。结果 16种邻苯二甲酸酯[包括邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-甲氧基)乙酯(DMEP)、邻苯二甲酸二(4-甲基-2-戊基)酯(BMPP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙氧基)乙酯(DEEP)、邻苯二甲酸二戊酯(DPP)、邻苯二甲酸二己酯(DHXP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-丁氧基)乙酯(DBEP)、邻苯二甲酸二环己酯(DCHP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二苯酯(DPHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二壬酯(DNP)]在0.05~1.0 mg/L线性范围内,均呈较好的线性关系,r>0.99。该方法的检出限为0.1~1μg/L,平均回收率为63.1%~114.1%,RSD为1.8%~15.0%。结论该方法快速简便,准确度和精密度均较高,适用于饮用水中16种PAEs含量的同时测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of phthalates (PAEs) in drinking water. Methods 10 ml water samples were taken, extracted with 1 ml n-hexane and separated on a DB-5MS column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm). The single ion quadrupole mass spectrometer (SIM) mode was used for determination. Results Sixteen phthalates, including dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP), di (DBP), di (2-methoxy) ethyl phthalate (DMEP), di (4-methyl- 2-pentyl) phthalate (BMPP) (2-ethoxy) ethyl acetate (DEEP), diamyl phthalate (DPP), dihexyl phthalate (DHXP), butylbenzyl phthalate (BBP) (2-butoxy) ethyl dicarboxylate (DBEP), dicyclohexyl phthalate (DCHP), di- (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di DPHP, DNOP and DNP] showed a good linear relationship in the linear range of 0.05-1.0 mg / L with r> 0.99. The detection limit of the method was 0.1 ~ 1μg / L, the average recovery was 63.1% ~ 114.1%, RSD was 1.8% ~ 15.0%. Conclusion The method is rapid and simple with high accuracy and precision and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 16 PAEs in drinking water.
