高职学生应当由学生转变成具有较强技能及应用能力的专门人才,这是基本的职业素养。影响学生职业素养的最直接因素便是学校的教育。学校的教育对学生今后走向工作岗位的潜在职业素养起到决定性因素。以长株潭高职学生为例,通过访谈法、文献研究法、调查研究法,进一步探讨高职学生职业素养中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
Higher vocational students should be turned into students with strong skills and application of specialized personnel, which is the basic professionalism. The most direct factor affecting the professionalism of students is school education. School education plays a decisive role in the potential professional accomplishment of students in coming jobs. Taking Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan higher vocational students as an example, through the interviews, literature research and research methods, this paper further discusses the problems existing in the vocational literacy of higher vocational students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
