Objectives: To explore the safety and efficacy of monoclonal antibodies for the specific treatment of Japanese encephalitis by experimental studies. Methods: The lymphocyte hybridoma technique was used to prepare and screen out the monoclonal antibodies against neutralizing epitopes of E protein of the virus. The etiological model of macaque JE was established. The purified monoclonal antibody was used to treat the infected mice, Young sheep and rhesus monkeys for experimental treatment; select the diagnosis of moderate and severe hepatitis B volunteers for clinical efficacy.
