采用多块结构化网格生成方法,基于三维雷诺平均N-S方程和SST k-ω湍流模型,模拟了三维内埋式弹舱的流动特性。通过改变弹舱各壁面的倾角及宽深比,分析其对弹舱流动特性的影响,并研究了前缘锯齿对气动特性的影响。计算结果表明,在适当范围内:增大弹舱后壁倾角、减小侧壁倾角、增大宽深比可以改善弹舱流动特性;舱门前缘增加锯齿,有明显的减阻效果。
Based on the three-dimensional Reynolds averaged N-S equation and the SST k-ω turbulence model, the flow characteristics of the three-dimensional embedded bay are simulated by using multiple structured grid generation methods. By changing the inclination and aspect ratio of each wall of the bay, the influence on the flow characteristics of the bay is analyzed. The influence of the leading edge serration on the aerodynamic characteristics is also studied. The calculation results show that in the proper range, increasing the wall inclination of the rear of the ammunition, decreasing the inclination of the sidewall and increasing the width-to-depth ratio can improve the flow characteristics of the ammunition. The leading edge of the door is serrated with obvious drag reduction effect.
