本文论述了在制冷和热泵工业上采用自然工质丙烷的重要性和迫切性。以丙烷作为制冷与热泵的工质,进行了热力计算,与采用R22工质的计算结果进行了分析比较,指出了用丙烷代替R22的适用性;并对丙烷作为工质的易燃性提出了较为完善的安全对策。文中进一步强调了自然工质(如丙烷)在工质替代中可以起到越来越重要的作用,可以首先在一部分制冷和热泵装置上扩大应用。本文旨在呼唤制冷界对采用自然工质给予特别关注。
This article discusses the importance and urgency of using natural refrigerant propane in the refrigeration and heat pump industries. Propane was used as the working medium of refrigeration and heat pump, and the thermal calculation was carried out. Compared with the calculation results of R22 working fluid, the applicability of using propane instead of R22 was pointed out. Propane was proposed as flammability of working fluid Better security measures. The paper further emphasizes that natural working fluids (such as propane) can play an increasingly important role in the replacement of working fluids and can be first expanded in some refrigeration and heat pump units. This article aims to appeal to the refrigeration community to give special attention to the use of natural working fluids.
