本文通过仪器分析方法及计算机方法,对25种金银花中药材进行了分类及质量等级判别。采用高效液相色谱法和顶空-气相色谱法提取金银花有效成分的含量指标,首先用模糊聚类方法进行预分类,然后应用模糊数学中的ISODATA聚类分析法根据样品含量指标的相似程度分成5类,再根据分类结果构造多元隶属函数,得出一种模糊模型的等级识别法,进而对25种金银花中药材做了等级判别,取得了较为满意的结果。
In this paper, 25 kinds of honeysuckle Chinese herbal medicines were classified and graded by instrumental analysis methods and computer methods. The high-performance liquid chromatography and headspace-gas chromatography were used to extract the content of the effective components of honeysuckle, and the fuzzy clustering method was used for pre-classification. Then the ISODATA clustering analysis method in fuzzy mathematics was used to classify the sample according to the degree of similarity. Five classes, then based on the classification results of the structure of multiple membership functions to obtain a fuzzy model of the level recognition method, and then made 25 grade honeysuckle Chinese herbal medicine grade discrimination, and achieved satisfactory results.
