地理新课程在绵阳的实施效果不理想,虽原因众多,但中学地理教师的意识、结构、专业素养等却是主要影响因素。提高教师整体素质的重要途径之一是教师继续教育。笔者通过调查发现绵阳市中学地理教师继续教育问题较多,严重的影响了在促进教师专业素养提高方面作用的发挥,进而影响到地理新课程在中学的实施。因此,改革教师继续教育是保证地理新课程有效实施的重要途径,势在必行。
Although the implementation of the new geography curriculum in Mianyang is not satisfactory, many reasons are found, but the awareness, structure and professionalism of geography teachers in middle school are the main influencing factors. One of the important ways to improve the overall quality of teachers is teacher’s continuing education. Through the survey, the author found that the secondary school geography teachers in Mianyang City had a lot of problems in continuing education, which severely affected the promotion of teachers’ professional accomplishments and thus affected the implementation of the new geography curriculum in secondary schools. Therefore, reforming teachers’ continuing education is an important way to ensure the effective implementation of the new geography curriculum, which is imperative.
