介绍了新型盘辊式磨粉机磨辊的快速移出机构及其工作原理,运用SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析软件,对关键件悬臂磨辊轴进行了应力分析,得出相应的应力云图和安全系数图解。据此分析结果,在满足应力强度和许用安全系数的条件下,对悬臂磨辊轴进行了结构优化,效果显著,为同类磨粉机的研发或性能改进提供了理论依据。
The rapid removal mechanism and working principle of the grinding roller of the new disc roller mill are introduced. The stress analysis of the key part cantilever roller shaft is carried out by using SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis software, and the corresponding stress cloud chart and safety factor diagram . Based on the analysis results, the structural optimization of the cantilever roller shaft under the condition of satisfying the stress intensity and the allowable safety factor has achieved remarkable results, providing a theoretical basis for the research and development or performance improvement of the same type of pulverizer.
