针对聚合物驱抽油机井普遍存在的油管偏磨、抽油杆断脱的问题 ,提出了可行的解决方案 :在抽油泵上部加装缓冲装置减少或消除惯性载荷 ,改善抽油杆柱受力状态 ;在抽油泵下部加装补偿装置对泵进行灌注 ,提高泵效。两种装置的工作原理是 :在橡胶筒、壳体与上、下端盖组成的密封腔内充有氮气 ,靠气体的可压缩性作为能量转换元件 ;在井下工作时 ,当中心管压力增大时 ,吸入液体 ;而压力降低时 ,排出液体 ,从而使流体流动趋于均匀 ,改善杆柱的承载状况。给出的计算公式可用于装置的工作参数计算和结构设计计算
