胃蛋白酶原(PG)是由胃粘膜合成的 LMW 蛋白质,它包括 PGA(43500±700dalt)和 PGC(40500±900dalt),两者均自循环经肾脏排泄。
It is known that the kidney plays an important role in the catabolism of low molecular weight (LMW) proteins and polypeptides. Pepsinogen (PG) is a LMW protein synthesized by the gastric mucosa that includes PGA (43500 ± 700 dalt) and PGC (40500 ± 900 dalt), both of which are self-circulated and excreted by the kidneys. A large number of PGA can be found in healthy human urine, but there is almost no PGC, which is due to different reabsorption of renal tubules. This article aims to study the metabolism of pepsinogen in human kidneys. Nine subjects in the male 7, female 2, aged 39 to 65 years. Cardiac catheterization routine coronary heart disease, the two catheters were placed in the abdominal aorta and right renal vein, fasting in the early collection of heparin
