“社会弱势群体”这个概念在近几年已经成为人民普遍关心的话题,因而引起了政府和学者的广泛关注。对于正处于社会转型阶段的中国而言,弱势群体数量的持续增多已经成为我国迈向大国的一大障碍。本文从经济法视角进行思考,希望通过法律来发挥市场、政府等各方面的优势,从而改善社会弱势群体的生存与发展环境。 In recent years, the concept of “social vulnerable groups” has become a topic of general public concern, which has drawn wide attention from the government and academics. For China, which is now in the process of social transition, the continuous increase in the number of vulnerable groups has become a major obstacle for our country to step into a big power.
