在实验室使用热失重法研究了不同铁焦的气化反应行为,测定了铁焦气化反应开始温度,并运用FactSage热力学软件进行了理论分析。结果表明:铁焦中金属铁含量越高,气化速度越快,且随温度升高而加快;金属铁有促使气化反应开始温度降低的作用,且其含量越高,气化反应开始温度降低越多;在气化反应初期,金属铁被CO2氧化,结果试样质量不减反增。
The gasification reaction behavior of different iron coke was investigated by using the method of thermogravimetry in the laboratory. The onset temperature of the iron coking gasification reaction was measured and analyzed by FactSage thermodynamic software. The results show that the higher the metal iron content in the iron coke, the faster the gasification rate and the faster the temperature increases. The metal iron has the effect of lowering the initial gasification temperature and the higher the content, the lower the gasification reaction start temperature The more the reduction; In the early gasification reaction, the metal iron is oxidized by CO2, the result of the sample quality is not reduced contrary.
