建立了以己酸乙酯为内标物,同时测定α-乙酰基-γ-丁内酯(ABL)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)和α-(2-四氢呋喃亚基)-γ-丁内酯(AGBL)含量的气相色谱分析方法。并在GBL和乙酸乙酯为原料生产ABL的过程中得到应用。结果表明:ABL、GBL和AGBL浓度分别在0~30.13g/L、0~15.08g/L和0~9.06g/L的范围内被测组分浓度对被测组分与内标物峰面积比呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数均在0.9991以上;回收率均在96.5%~102.9%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)均在0.10%~2.5%之间。并将该方法用于ABL生产过程中中控及产品分析,取得了满意的结果,为ABL最佳工艺条件的优化及产品标准的建立提供了依据。
A method was developed for the simultaneous determination of α-acetyl-γ-butyrolactone (ABL), γ-butyrolactone (GBL) and α-2- Determination of lactone (AGBL) content by gas chromatography. It is also used in the production of ABL from GBL and ethyl acetate. The results showed that the concentrations of ABL, GBL and AGBL in the range of 0 ~ 30.13 g / L, 0 ~ 15.08 g / L and 0 ~ 9.06 g / L, respectively, The correlation coefficients were all above 0.9991. The recoveries ranged from 96.5% to 102.9%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 0.10% to 2.5%. The method was applied to the control and product analysis in the production process of ABL. The satisfactory results were obtained, which provided the basis for the optimization of ABL process conditions and the establishment of product standards.
