现阶段,中职学校财政会计专业的设置及培养方案已经日益成熟,但是在日常教学中仍存在许多的问题,从而影响到学生的就业。一方面,由于生源质量下降,教学课程设置过于模板化,僵硬化,难以满足学生对培养就业技能的需求,另一方面,教学工作者在课堂教授和实习实践中缺乏实用有效的指导。本文旨在讨论职财会教学中存在的问题,探究中职财会教学中角色扮演法实施路径的具体办法和建议,为中职财会教学会计专业的发展提出参考。
At this stage, the setting and training scheme of the finance accounting specialty in secondary vocational schools has become increasingly mature, but there are still many problems in daily teaching, which will affect the employment of students. On the one hand, due to the decline of the quality of students, the teaching curriculum is too templatized and rigid, which makes it difficult to meet the students’ needs for developing employment skills. On the other hand, teaching workers lack practical and effective guidance in classroom teaching and internship practice. The purpose of this article is to discuss the problems in the teaching of accounting, to explore the specific ways and suggestions for the implementation of the role-playing law in the teaching of vocational finance, and to provide reference for the development of the accounting profession in accounting.
