应用微波幅射SP方法检测100例胃癌中CD34和P53表达,结果:P53蛋白阳性表达率52%,P53异常表达与胃癌分化程度,浸润深度无关(P>0.05),而与临床分期、淋巴结转移和预后有密切关系(P<0.05);低分化胃癌组和进展期Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌微血管密度(MVD)明显高于高分化胃癌组和Ⅰ期胃癌(P<0.001),有淋巴结转移胃癌MVD明显高于淋巴结未转移胃癌(P<0.001),胃癌MVD与P53表达无关(P>0.05),提示:胃癌中存在P53突变,检测P53蛋白异常表达可作为胃癌预后判断指标之一,MVD与胃癌组织学特征和转移密切相关,MVD可能是一个较为独立的预测胃癌预后的重要指标。
Microwave SP method was used to detect the expression of CD34 and P53 in 100 cases of gastric cancer. Results: The positive expression rate of P53 protein was 52%. The abnormal expression of P53 was not associated with the degree of differentiation and invasive depth of gastric cancer (P>0.05), but with clinical stage, There was a close relationship between lymph node metastasis and prognosis (P<0.05). The microvessel density (MVD) of poorly differentiated gastric cancer and advanced stage II, III, and IV gastric cancer was significantly higher than that of well-differentiated gastric cancer and stage I gastric cancer (P<0. 001) MVD of gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of lymph node metastasis (P<0.001), and MVD of gastric cancer was not related to P53 expression (P>0.05). This suggests that there is a P53 mutation in gastric cancer and abnormal expression of P53 protein is detected. As one of the indicators of prognosis of gastric cancer, MVD is closely related to the histological features and metastasis of gastric cancer. MVD may be a relatively independent predictor of gastric cancer prognosis.
