目的:了解吉林地区乡村教师对儿童前牙外伤的认知程度,为儿童口腔保健方案的制订提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取吉林地区87个乡镇内的439名乡村教师作为研究对象,以问卷调查的方式收集资料,采用SPSS19.0软件进行分析,组间差异采用卡方检验,校验水准α=0.05。结果:受试者中,90.52%可选择正确的就诊时机;78.80%不能分辨乳恒牙;16.21%可正确选择即刻处理方式,17.10%可正确应用清洁方式,17.46%可选择正确的保存介质。结论:乡村教师对儿童牙外伤的认知不足,应采取口腔医学宣教或科普的方式提高其认知水平。
Objective: To understand the level of rural teachers’ cognition of traumatic anterior teeth injury in children in Jilin Province, and to provide the basis for the formulation of children’s oral health care program. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to select 439 rural teachers in 87 villages and towns in Jilin Province as the research object. Data were collected by questionnaire survey and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The differences among groups were analyzed by chi-square test, Test level α = 0.05. Results: Among the subjects, 90.52% of the subjects could choose the correct timing of the visit; 78.80% could not distinguish the primary and permanent teeth; 16.21% could choose the immediate treatment method, 17.10% could use the cleaning method properly and 17.46% chose the correct storage medium. Conclusion: The rural teachers’ lack of knowledge of dental trauma in children should be taken as oral education or science popularization to improve their cognition level.
