目的为了探讨球状快套附着体在可摘局部义齿的临床应用。方法作者对9名游离端缺失的患者利用20颗基牙用球状快套冠外附着体26个，2颗基牙用桩帽附着体2个，桥接片按扣式附着体2个，制作12件球状快套固位义齿。经3个月至2年时间的临床观察。结果发现附着体能很好地保护基牙，其固位的活动义齿稳定性能好，咀嚼效率高，美观舒适卫生。结论球状快套附着体固位可摘局部义齿是一种固定一活动联合修复体，兼有固定和活动义齿的优点，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of spherical fast attachment in the removable partial denture. Methods The study was performed on nine patients with missing free ends by using 20 abutments with spherical abutments and 26 abutments with two abutments with 2 abutments and 2 snap-in attachments. Spherical fast sleeve retention denture. After 3 months to 2 years of clinical observation. The results showed that the attachment body can well protect the abutment, the retention of movable denture stability, chewing high efficiency, beautiful and comfortable. Conclusion The spherical removable removable partial denture attachment is a kind of fixed joint activity prosthesis, with the advantages of both fixed and movable dentures, which is worthy of clinical application.
