应用924液灌洗新鲜人肾组织然后造成热缺血条件2h、3h后经电镜标本程序处理,光镜、电镜下观察,结果表明经924液灌洗后并热缺血2h的肾脏,光镜表现出正常结构,电镜下可见肾小管,特别是最易受缺血损伤的近端小管上皮细胞微绒毛结构清晰,线粒体嵴排列整齐,细胞膜三层结构完整。缺血3h的肾小管虽然光镜下表现正常,电镜下却表现出细胞膜三层结构模糊,说明924液保护人肾组织免除2h的热缺血损伤
