盐酸阿米登太对感染鼠巴西日本圆线虫的大鼠及感染钩蚴的犬可获100%及95%以上的虫体减少,犬治疗后无蛔虫发现。犬单次 iv 本品20mg/kg 以下无异常反应;犬连续 ig15天,每天100mg/kg 以下未见任何异常。大鼠 ig 的急性 LD_(50)为7354 mg/kg,小鼠为1962～2572 mg/kg。亚急性毒性试验中所出现的毒副反应及病理改变,在停药后两周可基本恢复正常。遗传毒理研究表明该药无诱变性及致畸性。
