全面质量管理的基本原理与其他概念的差别在于,它强调为了取得真正的经济效益,管理必须始于识别顾客的质量要求,终于顾客对他手中的产品感到满意。全面质量管理就是为了实现这一目标而指导人、机器、信息的协调活动。因此,影响产品质量的因素可以划分为两大类:一个是技术方面的,即机器、材料和工艺;另一个是人方面的,即操作者、班组长和公司的管理人员。在这两类因素中,人的因素是主要的。所以,本文结合企业针对质量管理中的自主型员工管理作一次探讨。
The basic principle of Total Quality Management differs from other concepts in that it emphasizes that in order to achieve real economic benefits, management must begin with identifying the quality requirements of the customer, and finally the customer is satisfied with the product in his hand. Total quality management is to guide people, machines and information coordination activities to achieve this goal. Therefore, the factors that affect product quality can be divided into two broad categories: one is technical, namely machine, material and process; the other is human, namely operator, team leader and company manager. Among the two types of factors, the human factor is the main one. Therefore, this article combined with enterprises for quality management in the autonomous staff management for a discussion.
