北京开关厂成立于1952年,是一个老的国有大型企业。45年来,从小到大,走过了一条曲折发展的道路。现拥有在职职工3000多人,离退休职工1400多人,总资产3.8亿元。改革给北开注入了活力,1984年至1988年,企业经营状态处于较好的时期,但到1989年企业经营开始下滑,1990年、1991年出现亏损,企业走入困境。怎么办?我们厂级班子统一了思想,认为最重要的是要进一步解放思想,转变观念。国有企业改革深入发展到今天,再依靠国家让利、让税,已经不是出路:
The Beijing Switch Factory was established in 1952 and is an old state-owned large-scale enterprise. In the past 45 years, from small to large, it has come a long way. Now has more than 3,000 in-service employees, more than 1400 retired workers, total assets of 380 million yuan. The reforms injected vitality into Beikai.
