种植体周骨形成及骨结合情况直接影响种植修复的长期疗效。近年来的研究发现Wnt信号通道在骨形成和改建中有重要作用,通过对该通道的研究有可能发现骨形成信号网络中的一些关键环节,进而通过临床干预措施加速骨形成。
Peri-implant bone formation and osseointegration directly affect the long-term effect of implant restoration. In recent years, Wnt signaling pathway has been found to play an important role in bone formation and remodeling. Through the study of this pathway, it is possible to find some key links in the bone formation signal network and further accelerate bone formation through clinical intervention.
