本文报道安徽产亚香棒虫草Cordyceps hawesii Gray)水溶性多糖分离、纯化及单糖组成和部分性质。DEAE—纤维素分级洗脱和Sepharose6B柱层析、得到两个级份精糖Ch—1和Ch—2、凝胶过滤和醋酸纤维薄膜电泳测定,证明有良好的均一性。纸层析和硅胶薄板层析,表明他们均由甘露糖和半乳糖组成。红外光谱分析和高碘酸氧化反应表明,这两种精糖可能是以(1→4)键为主链,含有(1←3)和(1→2)键,带有(1→6)键分枝的β—半乳甘露聚糖。
This paper reports the isolation and purification of water-soluble polysaccharides from Cordyceps hawesii Gray and the composition and properties of monosaccharides in Anhui Province. DEAE-cellulose fractionation and Sepharose 6B column chromatography, two fractions of refined sugars Ch-1 and Ch-2, gel filtration and cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis, demonstrated good homogeneity. Paper chromatography and silica gel sheet chromatography showed that they consisted of mannose and galactose. Infrared spectroscopy analysis and periodic acid oxidation showed that the two refined sugars may have a (1→4) bond as the main chain, containing (1←3) and (1→2) bonds with (1→6) bonds.
