小儿卵巢囊肿扭转在儿科急腹症中较为少见 ,国内报道不多。杨体泉[1] 报道 34例小儿卵巢囊肿中有 3例手术证实为卵巢囊肿扭转。Ｑｕｉｎｔ等[2 ] 报道 5 2例小儿卵巢手术 ,有 18例术中见有扭转。我院 1992年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月共收治 2 4例小儿卵巢囊肿 ,13例(5 4% )以急腹症 Pediatric ovarian cyst torsion in pediatric acute abdomen is relatively rare, few domestic reports.
