1　临床资料患者 ,30 a,双上睑外侧肿块伴双眼向鼻下方突出 1a余 ,无复视及视力下降。曾于 1995年 11月 6日在外院行眼眶 CT检查 ,诊断为“双泪腺肿瘤”,双眼眶骨质未破坏。近 2 m o右侧肿块增大明显 ,于 1996年 1月 10日 ,以“双泪腺肿瘤”入我院。体检 :精神萎糜 ,余未见异常 1 clinical data patients, 30 a, double upper eyelid mass with bilateral eyes protruding to the bottom of the nose more than 1a, no double vision and decreased visual acuity.
