本文集中討論了18世紀上半葉滿清治下的蒙古秋審和朝審制度創立和發展過程。本文認爲,正是經過這樣一個過程,蒙古被納入了清代統一的審判系統。 This article focuses on the establishment and development of the Mongolian autumn trial and court trial system under the Manchu regime in the first half of the 18th century. This paper argues that it was through such a process that Mongolia was included in the unified trial system in the Qing Dynasty.
