目的：分析研究糖尿病合并呼吸系统疾病患者的临床护理干预效果。方法选取2010年1月~2013年1月在我院接收的糖尿病合并呼吸系统疾病患者58例，采取临床护理干预。结果58例病通过临床治疗和护理以后，呼吸道感染得到有效控制，同时血糖保持在有效范围以内，在出院以后有2例患者血糖不稳定，在对其治疗肺部疾病的同时也给予糖尿病治疗，没有1例患者死亡。结论对糖尿病合并呼吸系统疾病患者采取综合临床护理干预，可以使相关并发症明显减少，使血糖得到有效控制。“,”Objective Analyzing the diabetic patients with respiratory system diseases in clinical nursing intervention effect.Methods Selection in January 2010~January 2013 in our hospital to receive the 58 patients with respiratory system diseases,diabetic to clinical nursing intervention.Results After 58 cases of disease through clinical treatment and care,effective control of airway infection,at the same time to keep blood sugar within the effective range,in 2 patients after discharge blood sugar is not stable,in the treatment of lung diseases at the same time also give diabetes treatment,no 1 patients death.Conclusion For diabetic patients with respiratory system diseases by comprehensive clinical nursing intervention,can significantly reduce the related complications,to effectively control blood glucose.
