我区生产凉果制品历史悠久,品种繁多,据不完全统计,凉果品种有100多种,以李、梅、榄制品多而弛名,远销国内外。在凉果生产过程中糖精是不可缺少的添加物,为了解凉果制品中糖精的含量,我们在广州市果子厂,罗岗公社农副厂,增城食品厂,增城县新塘公社农副厂,从化县水果加工厂采集了话梅,话李,甘草榄(卫生榄)、橙榄、加应子等五个品种99宗样品进行糖精测定,测定结果如表。
According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 100 kinds of preserved fruits, with many varieties of plum, plum and olive products, and are widely sold at home and abroad. In the process of production of preserved fruits, saccharin is an indispensable additive. In order to understand the content of saccharin in preserved fruits, we set up the factory in Guangzhou Fruit Factory, Luo Gang commune subsidiary factory, Zengcheng Food Factory, Zengcheng Xintang commune subsidiary plant , Conghua County, fruit processing plant collected plum, then Lee, Licorice (Health Lam), Orange, Canada should be five varieties of 99 varieties of samples for the determination of saccharin, the results shown in Table.
