目的观察中西医结合疗法对舌脉管炎的治疗作用。方法依照祖国医学有关治疗原则，采用以当归注射液为主的活血化瘀疗法，以改善舌体微循环。结果13例舌脉管炎患者，经中酉医结合治疗，2～3个疗程即可治愈，随访0．5～1年未见复发。结论中西医结合疗法可有效改善舌部微循环，使舌痛症得以缓解或消失。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on tongue vasculitis. Methods According to the principle of medical treatment of the motherland, the traditional Chinese medicine Danggui injection was used to improve blood circulation and microcirculation. Results Thirteen patients with tongue vasculitis were cured by combination of TCM and TCM, and 2 to 3 courses of treatment were cured. No recurrence was observed at 0.5 to 1 year follow-up. Conclusion Integrative Medicine can effectively improve the tongue microcirculation, so that tongue pain can be alleviated or disappeared.
