研究了不同轧制变形量对AZ80镁合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,AZ80镁合金的抗拉强度随轧制变形量的增加有所提高,而伸长率则随着变形量的增加先增加后减小。变形量为25%、50%、80%的AZ80镁合金其屈服强度分别为200、146、205 MPa;抗拉强度分别为245.52、249.08、279.49 MPa;伸长率分别为15.8%、24.2%、19.1%;其晶粒平均尺寸分别为30、10、3μm。
The effect of different rolling deformation on microstructure and properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy was studied. The results show that the tensile strength of AZ80 magnesium alloy increases with the increase of rolling deformation, while the elongation increases first and then decreases with the increase of deformation. The yield strength of AZ80 magnesium alloy with deformation amounts of 25%, 50% and 80% were 200, 146 and 205 MPa respectively; the tensile strengths were 245.52, 249.08 and 279.49 MPa respectively; the elongation rates were 15.8% and 24.2% 19.1%; the average grain size was 30,10,3μm.
